4 questions for Dirk and Lennart
„Hello Dirk, hello Lennart, what brought you to KTK?“
Dirk
„I already knew Uwe Münch and we’d stayed in touch. At some point, the question came up about whether I could come for an interview, and perhaps work for KTK – and I could! I’ve been here since 2021!“
Lennart
„I’d just given up my training as an electrician because it wasn’t the right thing for me. Then I saw a job ad for KTK, and in 2020 immediately applied for the training position as wholesaler and export merchant, and I’ve been a permanent employee since 2023!“
„What exactly does your job entail?“
Dirk
„That’s what Lennart and I are always asking ourselves (laughs)!
Internal sales: We look after a lot of customers, sometimes together as a team. We’re able to work independently and make a lot of decisions ourselves.“
Lennart
„In sales, we also take measures to acquire and retain customers, draw up quotes and send order confirmations, so do everything involved in sales.“
„What’s been your best experience in the job?“
Dirk
„I can’t pick a favourite. What I like best is how socially committed KTK is, I think that’s fantastic! Uwe Münch is absolutely right when he says we’re a multicultural company. We all stick together, are one big team and are all treated equally, regardless of where we come from.“
Lennart
„Once a year, we go on product training to a manufacturer, and I always look forward to that! We can always learn new things, and get to know one another even better. I see it as a good team-building measure.“
„What do you look forward to every day at work?“
Dirk
„I look forward to seeing Lennart every day! The two of us make a really cool team!“
Lennart
„I like coming to work. As a team, we’ve developed really well – not just the two of us, but the whole company. One of the reasons, I think, is that we always communicate openly with each another.“
